This is Error Message Appears Because errors in the previous installed windows.this stops from installing a new copy from DVD writer.because of virus even hardware is missing in the bios.we all we can update BIOS from windows.use uniblue registry booster and speedupmypc latest to reapir your PC.
this problem is troubling us for a long time so i have posted this.basically this error occurs because the drivers and registry is corrupt and you know the system is damaged and your going to format it.
